HPP is a registered non-profit company. In terms of the Company’s Act (2008), HPP has to maintain a member register.
Every property owner in the HPP area is eligible to subscribe as a member, which allows you the statutory right to vote on matters pertaining to HPP.

Register to become a voting member of the HPP NPC
HPP is a registered non-profit company. In terms of the Company’s Act (2008), HPP has to maintain a member register.
Every property owner in the HPP area is eligible to subscribe as a member, which allows you the statutory right to vote on matters pertaining to HPP. If you have not already submitted your personal details via e-mail, we kindly request you to complete the application form below.
Once we have your contact details, HPP will be able to communicate with you on public safety related issues.
I, the undersigned hereby advise in terms of the Memorandum of Incorporation of the HPP NPC and subscribe to be a member of the NPC and be entered into the NPC’s Membership Register.
I acknowledge that under the Companies Act, the Members’ Register must contain certain information in respect of each member that the Company is obliged to keep confidential, the personal information, when member or outside third party requests access to the Members’ Register, unless I give written consent thereto.
