Hermanus Public Protection

HPP NPC is the Management Body of the Hermanus Special Rating Area (HSRA). HPP is a non-profit company (NPC), established to provide public protection in a geographical designated area of Hermanus, Western Cape. Funded by the ratepayers through the Overstrand Municipality Special Rating Area By-law and Policy.
